How to book Private Tours?
Explore the available private tour options here, where we show different destinations, durations, and activities available for private tours. Once you have decided on the private tour you wish to book send email to info@troll.is. In the subject line of the email, clearly indicate that you are interested in booking a private tour. This will help our team to identify and prioritize your request.
Please provide the following information:
- Your full name
- Contact details (phone number and email address)
- Preferred tour dates (include alternative dates if possible)
- Number of participants (specify adults and children if applicable)
- Any specific requirements or preferences you may have for the private tour
- If you have any additional questions or requests, make sure to include them in the email as well.
Cancellation Policy on Private Tours
All private tours can be canceled up to 72 hours from the departure time with the full price refunded by sending an email to info@troll.is. All cancellations requested less than 72 hours from the departure time are non-refundable.
In the case of cancellation of the tour by the operator because of extreme weather, road conditions, or other factors, we will assist you with rebooking to another date or booking other activities when possible or provide a full refund.
Please note, that there is also 72 hour cancelation policy on extra items such as hiking boots, jackets and pants.
