Join us on this exciting trip to Iceland's newest erupting volcano! On this amazing day, we will explore the majestic Sundhnúkar volcano and its surroundings!
Tour Description
We will meet at your chosen hotel or bus stop in Reykjavik at around 5 pm.
On our way to Sundhnúkar (the location of the volcano), we will pass by a highly volcanic area – where thousand-year-old lava fields have overtaken the whole Reykjanes peninsula.
Feel the earth beneath your feet rumble and watch in awe as molten lava shoots into the air. Capture this incredible sight with your camera, or simply bask in the power of nature's fury.
While enjoying the beautiful views, we will stop for a chocolate break – where we will have HRAUN Chocolate – which means LAVA in Icelandic.
