The eruptions on the Reykjanes peninsula started in July 2021 and have been on going with intervals. The most recent eruption started on August 22nd and ended a few weeks back in the beginning of September.

The air-plane seats 5 passengers and everyone has a big window seat to enjoy the fantastic view over the eruption.

The tour takes place from Reykjavík airport at Eagle Air Iceland (behind Hotel Natura). our location.

The duration is approximately 1 hour, with flight time being 30-45 minutes.
