✓All airport transfers can be cancelled up to 24 hours from the departure time by sending a written email to info@troll.is. You will receive a full refund except the 3% card fee. All cancellations requested less than 24 hours from the departure time are non refundable.

✓ If possible, we can assist you with changing your tour date or you can request a refund.

In case of delayed flights, we will always accommodate our passengers to the next available departure.

Pick up and drop off Pick-up from hotels, guesthouses, and designated bus stops starts 30 minutes before the tour departure time stated on your voucher. Please expect a white bus marked "FlyBus" for pick-up, once you are at your pick-up location.
