Job Description
What are the responsibilities:
-Welcome customers, assist with gear to and from the snorkeling site, assist customers to gear up.
-Give comprehensive briefings, point out the natural value of the area, and add to the enjoyment of the trip
-Recommend/generate sales for other tours offer by Tröll Expeditions.
-Assist with preparing all equipment, facilities and work for clients.
-Coordinate the use, check out procedures and proper maintenance of equipment.
-Complete sales transactions and maintain proper cash accountabilities.
-Provide a high level of customer service in the completion of all job duties.
-Other tasks as assigned by Tröll Expeditions.
What are the basic requirements:

-Must be able to work a flexible schedule as dictated by Tröll expeditions and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and practices.
What are the specific requirements:
-Active certified Divemaster or above.
-Currently certified in First Aid & CPR, as defined by agency specifications.
-Must be in good standing (no recorded ethics violations or quality assurance issues) with the certifying dive agency; must have an established safety record.
-Must be eligible for required insurance or presently insured & renewed.
-Valid European B driving license and driving experience with van type vehicles.
What are the physical requirements:
-Must be able to work in various physical environments & conditions.
-Ability to work on his/her feet 100% of the time in varying weather conditions, including below 0 degree Celsius conditions.
-Ability to maintain control of a group of 6 people and perform rescues in-or-out of water as necessary.
-Ability to load and unload gear and equipment repeatedly over a long period of time.
-Ability to lift/carry 20kg on a regular basis.
-Ability to climb ladders.
